Excellent news, Carl. Glad you are enjoying the ITBs. They are a ton of fun on a little 4-banger.

I swapped my set out recently for units that have an Idle Air Control Valve. Car starts and it runs like a brand new car during warmup now. And they were $35 w/ injectors, fuel rail etc. Everyday somebody wrecks a CBR1000.

Pulley is made 3mm smaler in diameter to give room for the teeth on the trigger wheel. This is that they look like in plastic :)

I'm doing the conversion myself on my 1800 spider. Is there any chance you can share with me the cad drawing?
